Spring Tulips

Hi.  I wanted to share a pattern that's coming soon from my shop, sponsored by Island Batik.

I used EQ7 to design this a few years ago, and updated it for the Blossom collection, a lovely collection that should be shipping to stores soon.  It features gorgeous shades of pink, lavender, teal and a touch of yellow, in paisley, drops, leaves and vines.  Perfect for Spring accents around your house, or a sweet girl's quilt.

I hope to have this pattern ready for release soon.  I am working on the directions, and then will get it to the printer.  It's foundation pieced, but fairly easy enough for a confident beginner, and a great first foundation pieced project.  Plus it's so pretty on a table, and I've included a coordinating placemat group from the extra fabric.  You need about 1/4 yard of a few colors, plus yardage for borders, binding, and background.

I've done this design a few times, in screenprinted fabric, as well as an older collection from Island Batik.

Thanks for visiting, and I'll let you know when the pattern is ready tor sale.

These tulips are fun. I love the four patch between the heads on alternate sides.
